Congregations in our synod have developed diverse

The
Congregational Resource Team (CRTeam)
was formed in the Fall of
2005 to facilitate congregational health with a
related focus on mission and vision. The team has
had extensive training in Bowen Theory/Natural
Systems/Healthy Congregations and continues to
study, train and develop its work with congregations
of the Northeastern Ohio Synod. The
CRTeam
is utilized in three primary areas: workshops,
congregational discernment or struggle, and call
process. The work of the team aids in
congregational communication, fosters healthy
discussion and planning, and has served as an
